"We’re inviting people to a meeting place"

April 22, 2026

“I want the Expo to be edgy, forward-looking, and to provide insights and solutions that will matter in the years ahead. In everyday life, it’s far too easy to fix your gaze on your own shoes, to look down at the ground—but to find the right direction, you have to lift your eyes. That’s what we’re going to do at Nordic Egde Expo in May. And I’m really looking forward to it!”

Of course, Terje Eide, the CEO of Nordic Edge, is almost obliged by the program to look forward to Nordic Edge Expo 2026. He is.

He genuinely seems to mean it.

"Inger Hanne and our great colleagues have developed a new concept compared to previous events. First and foremost, we’re inviting people to a meeting place. We’re convinced that if you want to go far, you have to go together with other capable, willing people. We believe physical meeting places are crucial for paving the way for innovative solutions to todays and tomorrow’s challenges”, says Eide.

The program is rock-solid and offers a great mix of what’s happening on stage, workshops, and …

‘I’m most excited about the breaks! That’s where truly meaningful connections happen. That’s where we move from talk to action. That’s where my colleagues and I will use all our experience to connect people and organizations with challenges to those with opportunities and solutions."

The breaks, then. They matter to the CEO. And they’re an important part of Nordic Edge Expo 2026.

Welcome, Terje!

“I’m looking forward to meeting other people who make a difference. I’m looking forward to meeting those who both want to, and can build societies that can withstand crises. I’m looking forward to gaining new insights, sharing experiences, and being inspired by skilled people who want to collaborate—people who invest their energy in building alliances in times of peace. That’s why I’m excited for Nordic Edge Expo!"
