As cities face an array of challenges, from the unforeseen to the inevitable, the concept of resilience becomes crucial. This workshop offers a unique opportunity to engage with experts from Kyiv and Kherson, Ukraine, who have navigated their cities through significant adversities. The session is designed to provide practical insights and strategies on how city administrations can adapt and thrive.
Following an introductory session, participants will break into five discussion groups, each focusing on a key area critical to building urban resilience. These discussions aim to foster a deeper understanding of effective approaches in public-private partnerships, cyber-security, infrastructure development, governance, and more. The workshop is an ideal setting for city leaders, IT and public safety professionals, and anyone interested in making cities more adaptable and resilient.
