With modern and flexible facilities, suitable for both small and large meetings, conferences, exhibitions, concerts and banquets, Stavanger Forum offers a total of 25 meeting rooms with a capacity of 10 to 1707 persons, and exhibition areas of circa 30,000 m2. As Stavanger's only professional congress organiser (PCO), Stavanger Forum has conducted a number of national and international events.
The largest hall, Mastrafjorden, can be divided into smaller halls, and has the capacity to sit 864 people at long tables. Along with the center's 690 m2 large mingling area (Forum Plaza) there are exciting opportunities for the implementation of larger and more demanding events. Stavanger Forum's new exhibition hall, Forum Expo, is 5,000 m2 for fairs, concerts and other major events. Scandic Forum Hotel with 182 rooms located under the same roof as the Stavanger Forum conference centre, in addition to several hotels within close proximity.
